When you send us your EMtb/ebike motor for a service, here’s what typically happens:

SERVICES
FAST & AFFORDABLE
BASIC TUNEUP
This is purely preventative maintenance. We test and clean the motor. Inspect the internal belt and tensioner. Clean belt. Clean and regrease the sprag bearings and center-axle assembly using specially designed sprag-grease. Clean, inspect, and regrease the planetary gear assembly using special plastic lube. Replace seals and stretch-bolts torqued to manufacture spec. Clean and inspect electric connections. Perform an update (if applicable) and test motor.

BELT SERVICE
Everything listed in the Basic tune up plus motor diagnostic and replace the carbon belt, gasket, stretch bolts and belt tensioner set-screw w/new ones (parts included in kit price). Install new sealed-bearings where applicable. (+ bearings)

COMPLETE OVERHAUL
Everything included in the Belt service (All parts included) plus all new cartridge and sprag bearings.
Fully disassembled, motor housing inspected for water ingress, cleaned and sealed.
Torque censor and center axle replaced if needed.

FORK SERVICE
Fork 200+ hour service
$175 + parts
SHOCK SERVICE
Rear Shock 200+ hour service: $200 + parts
Rear Shock 50hr. Air can service $75 + parts
WHEEL BUILDING
Hand built MTB wheel -$100. + parts
Carbon, alloy, front or rear.
Hand re-build MTB wheel (used)- $120 + parts. Includes teardown and cleaning of old parts.
